Estado de las Causas de Nulidad Matrimonial
La investigación sobre la posible nulidad de un matrimonio tiene una duración aproximada de dos años, contados a partir el momento en que nuestra oficina recibe la petición formal para la declaración de nulidad . Durante el curso de la investigación nuestra oficina se mantiene en contracto continuo con la parte actora, con la parte convenida y con los testigos. Es comprensible que la parte actora esté interesada en conocer el estado en el que se encuentra su caso y que desee que éste se resuelva lo más pronto posible; nuestra oficina comparte este deseo. Sin embargo, no es aconsejable que la parte actora nos llame con mucha frecuencia (por ejemplo una vez por semana) para conocer el estado de su causa, pues el tiempo que nos toma atender las llamadas hace que nos retrasemos en los trámites, particularmente tomando en cuenta que tenemos más de 400 casos pendientes. En lugar de llamar por favor verifique el estado de su caso en la lista que se ofrece a continuación (que se presenta en orden cronológico de acuerdo al número de caso). El estado de su caso puede permanecer sin cambios por semanas debido a que éstos se tramitan en el orden en el que fueron recibidos. Agradecemos su paciencia.
A continuación encontrará una lista de los pasos del proceso en orden cronológico a partir del momento en que recibimos su caso hasta que se dicta la sentencia. Una vez que se dicta la sentencia el caso es eliminado de la lista. Por favor tenga en cuenta que no todos los pasos son aplicables en todos las causas matrimoniales.
