In addition to annulments, we also have some of the basic forms used for the marriage file when a couple is preparing to marry. Use the Prenuptial Questionnaire when first meeting with a couple to determine that both are free to marry. Affidavits of freedom to marry are especially important for non-Catholics (because there is no way to prove by a baptism certificate that the person has never been married before). A dispensation is necessary for any marriage between a Catholic and non-Catholic.
